WELCOME TO RHO TKE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Rho Chapter Alumni Association (RCAA) exists to support alumni of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity on the West Virginia University campus.  Our activities and communications create a community for lifelong friendships, professional networks, and the development of members.

If you were a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity (TKE) at WVU;

  • Become a member by clicking “Join RCAA” and paying a nominal annual membership fee.

  • Stay informed and receive communication. Click on “Contact Us” to update your contact information.

  • Post and comment on the Rho Chapter social media platforms.  Keep the conversation going.

  • Consider becoming an alumni volunteer on the Alumni Association, Board of Advisors, or Housing committee.

  • Join us at our next event.  Look for details and registration here on the site.  All your best TKE buddies will be at the next event (and you’ll meet some new Alumni)

DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR

A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHAIRMAN

Welcome back Rho TKE!

Tau Kappa Epsilon Rho Chapter has an astounding 81 active members on the WVU campus, just 15 months after recolonization!  The chapter has the highest cumulative GPA on campus, $18,000 raised in their first philanthropic event, and a brother who has been elected to the Collegiate Advisory Chairman for the International Board of Directors for Tau Kappa Epsilon.

On April 21, 2023, representatives of the TKE Nationals Organization presented Rho with its official Chapter Charter at the Red Carnation Ball in Morgantown. In that ceremony, representatives from the University celebrated the great relations between TKE and the University – and representatives from TKE Nationals recognized the meteoric rise of this young, recolonized chapter (exactly 100 years after Rho Chapter’s founding in 1923).

Alumni Association membership has grown rapidly over the past few months, and 17 alumni (plus wives) joined us for this colony’s first Red Carnation Ball (RCB) and chartering ceremony – with a range of TKE eras from 1985 to today.  The RCAA is making plans for our next 2023 event – likely Homecoming October 21.

There is a strong foundation and good momentum in both the Active and Alumni Rho Chapters.  We’re looking forward to the next 100 years on campus – join your TKE crew at the next event!
